T. M. v. Nintendo
Successfully represented a minor child who had his entire body flattened by a full size Nintendo machine that fell on top of him. Case was tried to a jury with a plaintiff’s verdict. Nintendo appealed and the case was argued in front of the full panel at the Supreme Judicial Court in a case of first impression.

Successfully collected debt on behalf of an engineering firm that had performed restorative services for a condominium association.

Successfully represented a commercial client in a claim against another corporate entity for business fraud and monies owed.
C.P. v. Ground Round Restaurant
Successfully represented an automobile owner when the undercarriage on his motor vehicle was damaged when the car fell into a pot hole in a commercial parking lot.
C.F. v. XYZ Hotel
Successfully represented a long term guest at a local hotel who was exposed to mold, fiberglass and rodent infestation. As a result, she became seriously ill, and her personal property had to be quarantined and ultimately destroyed. Furthermore, the hotel attempted to illegally evict the guest after she complained to the Board of Health regarding her living conditions, causing great anxiety and emotional distress.

Successfully represented a young man who was confined to a wheelchair as a result of a prior accident. The wheelchair manufacturer and its authorized representative failed to properly repair the seatbelt on the wheelchair, causing the client to fall helplessly into the road with traffic flowing around him.
